White shaker cabinetry built to the approved shop drawings — including a 48" refrigerator enclosure, 30" oven tower and 36" cooktop base with custom hood enclosure.
From an L-shape kitchen to a clean straight main wall with a 9'5½" central island and a custom window-side bench with storage drawers.
New gas line for the 36" cooktop, plumbing relocated to the island sink, and dedicated wiring for the oven tower and island pendants.
A photorealistic preview of the approved design — white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, central island with seating for four, and the custom window-side bench. Final material samples will be confirmed in writing before purchase.
The scope is broken into ten work packages so every inclusion is documented. Anything not listed here is not included unless added through a written change order.
All materials below are supplied and installed by Excellent Home. Final selections (colour, edge profile, hardware) are confirmed in writing with you before purchase.

Every kitchen we deliver follows the same sequenced process — so your home is protected, trades work efficiently, and each phase is completed correctly before the next begins.
Install floor and surface protection, isolate the kitchen with dust barriers, then demolish existing cabinetry, countertop, backsplash and remove old appliances.
Run new gas line for the 36" cooktop, relocate plumbing to the new island, and rough-in wiring for the oven tower, pendants and under-cabinet lighting.
Coordinate gas and electrical inspections where required, then patch and finish drywall in all opened areas to a paint-ready finish.
Receive custom shaker cabinetry on site. Install perimeter cabinets, oven tower, refrigerator enclosure, hood, central island and bench seating.
Template the main wall, island and bench. Fabricate quartz off-site, then install countertops and full-height backsplash.
Install client-supplied refrigerator, gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. Make final gas and electrical connections.
Paint affected walls, install pendant lights and under-cabinet LED, complete caulking and finish carpentry.
Detail-clean the kitchen, complete a punch-list walkthrough with the client and hand over the project.
Includes the full kitchen scope — demolition, gas line, plumbing relocation, electrical, custom shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops & backsplash, and appliance installation. One-stop service.
Fixed-price proposal for the complete kitchen renovation scope as described above. Any additions or changes will be confirmed in writing via change order before work begins.
Workmanship warranty on all labour performed under this contract.
Warranty on cabinet hardware (hinges and drawer slides).
Commercial general liability insurance, plus valid WSIB coverage.
